The Mislinja municipality covers the upper part of the Mislinja valley as well as the hilly regions between Paški Kozjak, Pohorje and Graška grapa. The most fascinating sight in the area is certainly the Huda luknja gorge with the karstic cave of the same name. This attractive gorge was carved by the Ponikve stream. The Mislinja hills are dotted with churches as well as ruins of the once mighty Hirschenstein and Valdek castles.
