This thousand-year-old city by the confluence of the two Sora rivers in the heart of the Škofja Loka hills is the economic, administrative and cultural center of the region. Today, the castle houses the collections of the city museum where the historical, cultural, artistic, ethnological and natural wonders of the area can be admired.
