I_is_for_itchy_feet Young Couple 13.2.2014 at 1:04 PM“Cute B&B with an amazing view” I was recommended to stay at Pension Pletna and was not disappointed. The rooms were cute, clean and spacious. The view of the lake is incredible and takes your breath away. I felt very lucky to wake up each morning, look out the window and be amazed by the church on Lake Bled. The breakfast was very generous and fresh every day and the shower was pretty good too (apart from one day when it was luke warm - I think we all must have showered at the same time!) The owners were really friendly and helpful, and we left with a thoughtful gift from them which was a nice touch. I also recommend renting the row boats - a great experience, although it would probably be nicer in the summer when it's warmer :-) The town was only a 10 minute walk away which wasn't a problem and there are plenty of places to choose to eat from etc. Would stay here again without a doubt! Room Tip: All rooms face the lake, so you can't go wrong.9.8

four_macas Mature couple 13.2.2014 at 12:46 PM“Lovely B&B with a gracious host” We spent two nights in Lake Bled last September and would highly recommend a stay at the Pension Pletna. The location was excellent: an easy half an hour walk from Bled Jezero train station and within walking distance of attractions. The restaurant next door was very good, there was a small supermarket close by and the bus stop where we caught the bus to Ljubljana was a couple of minutes walk away. Our room was small but attractively decorated with a view to Otok Island and a private balcony with a small table and a couple of chairs. Unfortunately it rained during our stay and we couldn’t make use of this facility but the view, nonetheless, was stunning. Breakfast was served to our room and was plentiful, varied and tasty. Mojca was welcoming and friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay.10
