We focus on the production of wine (refosc, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and franc, shiraz and malvasia). The olives grown here are turned into squeezed extra virgin olive oil. In the Istra room, guided tasting of our chosen wines and other regional culinaric delights is available by prior arrangement. We take you through the cellar, the renovated old mill which now serves as a museum, the vineyards and the olive grove.
