Čemšeniška planina is one of the few peaks in the Posavje hills that cannot be reached by road. At 1204 m above sea level, Čemšeniška planina with Črni vrh is one of the highest mountains in the region.

On the way up, visitors can admire the treasures of this green oasis: beautiful views, majestic forests, green grasses and part of the area's rich cultural heritage.

Čemšeniška planina also boasts extremely steep bare southern cliffs that attract climbers.
