Tourist information center Lokev - presentation

Lokev, one of the biggest Slovenian villages, has all karstic characteristics. It is known for its “kal”, “štirna” and for its neatly ordered footpaths. In the centre of the village is situated the tourist office TIC Lokev, which provides the visitors with information about Karst and its tourist offer. The office is located in the immediate vicinity of the military museum Tabor where you can see an exceedingly interesting collection. Beside the museum is also Fabiani museum-shop, which is exactly the same as it was 100 years ago. Inside there is a collection of various objects from different periods. It is also possible to examine the radio amateur collection or to climb the nearby hill Kokoš.
