Restaurant Pri Križmanu - presentation
This is an excellent Istrian pub that combines its offer with tradition and current demand. This part of Slovenia cannot do without jota (stew from beans, potatoes and sauerkraut) and minestrone, which are excellently prepared to die for. This is also the home of the wine refošk, so you are welcome to try it. Gnocki with venison are a delicacy per se; every day you can also enjoy a fresh roasted piglet and the speciality of the house – pasta with truffles. There are also all kinds of fish and sea food available, as well as dishes from grill. All ingredients are home-produced, and so are the prosciutto and sausages. The surrounding is extremely nice and suited for various trips through the beautiful Karst nature.
