Description of path

Your journey begins in Idrija. Cycle past the primary school to the old mining part of town. From there, follow the right bank of the Idrijca to Mokraška vas, where a steep ascent toward Ledine begins. After about four kilometers of ascending along numerous bends, from which you will have a beautiful vista of Spodnja Idrija and the interesting church of St. Mary, you should reach Ledinsko razpotje. Now, the final part of your ascent begins. After about a kilometer, you should reach the edge of the mountain. From there, it should not take you long to return to the town.
