Tourist farm pri Filetu - presentation

In the immediate vicinity of Kozina with a view of the sea, you can find the tourist farm “Pri Filetu”. In the stables there are pigs, sheep, chicken, the cat Miki and the dog Mark. Most of the guests visit us to see the Lipizzaner horses (highbred white horses), which the farm owns.

The family Jelušičevi grow all kinds of vegetable, pork meat, dry meat products, brandy; and will cook for you excellent jota (stew from beans, potatoes and sauerkraut), sauerkraut, baked maize porridge with mushrooms, potatoes with cracklings, apple or cherry strudel, etc.

The activities of the guests are mostly connected with horses; the farm also organises beginner’s courses of riding and one-day trips to the Caves of Škocjan, the Cave Dimnica, the nearby Lipica, Castle Socerb, Slavnik. You are also welcome to pick herbs or go hunting.

The farm “Pri Filetu” also offers accommodation – apartments for a pleasant stay or longer holidays.
