The house is situated in a small village called Poljče. It provides for a great view on the neighborhood – towards the south the first houses are approximately 300 meters away while there are hills and forest surrounding the house on the north. The house is positioned on 3000 square meters surrounded by fruit trees. There is a fence surrounding the property. The location provides for a complete privacy since the owners do not live in the same house. It is an excellent start-point for sport activities such as paragliding – which is a very popular activity in this area, walking, cycling, and hiking trips (the Karavanke mountain range, the Julian Alps, Triglav National Park), riding, rafting, swimming, skiing, skating, golf, Nordic walking, trekking and much more.
