Kaliska B&B is a hotel only a step beyond one's expectations. Maribor is only a 10 minutes driving distance via the motorway, the noise of which will certainly not reach you here with us. We are located amidst the tranquil setting of the settlement of Močna. Here, the pace of life is slow and kind. The hotel is equipped with a radiant wall and floor heating/cooling system made possible by a heat pump. Our rooms are entirely free from air conditioning, and your body will surely appreciate it. Despite being located in such an oasis of tranquility, our hotel also lies in close proximity to two motorway junctions:

Pernica and Lenart. In just under 40 minutes, you can arrive in Graz or at the Hungarian border, depending on which direction you choose to take. Taking the motorway leading to Ptuj (only 20 minutes), you will soon reach the Croatian border as well. Thus, our hotel is superbly situated, and despite being surrounded by unspoilt nature, one is never far from the largest urban centres. Returning home, you will surely remember the wonderful time spent at Kaliska, the serenity of her balcony, and the chirping of birds in the warmth of the sun setting over the nearby lake, Slovenske gorice and Pohorje.

The culinary offer of Gostilna Šiker is available to all guests of the hotel. Only 300 meters removed from the hotel, the Inn is accessible either by car or on foot. Here you may choose to add lunch and dinner to your daily meals by selecting half board or full board accommodation.

Šiker Inn is likely the only Slovene inn with a rich culinary tradition passed from generation to generation since 1870.

Our wellness area boasts the only sauna of its kind in the entire country! It is a state-of-the-art product of the legendary Jacuzzi Company and the renowned Italian designer Apostoli. Another first-rate product is the hydrospa of the esteemed Teuco company. Our offer is completed by the relaxation area, offering an outstanding view of the nearby lake, and a suntrap adjacent to a small pond.

Few hotels are able to pride themselves on a true golf simulator. There is nothing better than being able to unwind here, and accumulate new strength after a hard day's work. Spending an afternoon hour or two playing the simulator will keep you in excellent form for next spring or summer when you step out onto the golf course again and impress everyone with your skills.
