Which festival to attend this year?
ŠVIC
The biggest 2-day student festival in Slovenia, which is celebrating its ten year anniversary, is this year again bringing a bunch of surprises and new records!
The student weekend of intelligence and cviček (ŠVIC) will take place on July 20th and 21st at the already traditional venue – the tourist farm stay Obolnar at Čatež pri Trebnjem. Great location, away from the bustle of the city, plenty of parking spaces, arranged camping sites, sport activities and an amazing music line up are the advantages of this festival, which every year attracts more and more visitors from all across Slovenia.
Schengenfest

This year's Schengenfest will be the fifth in a row and will take place from August 3rd to August 5th. Various Slovene and foreign performers will rock Vinica in Bela Krajina and the lovely environment in the regional park along the river Kolpa will be the venue for all the accompanied festival activities, which will be a real treat in this year's concert summer.
METALCAMP
Metalcamp in Tolmin, this year taking place already for the eighth time, has become without a doubt one of the leading festivals in Europe. Moreover, the location and the nature around the venue are just beautiful.
Metalcamp is also the first festival that offers music performances and fun during one whole week!
It is a visitor friendly festival to which fans roam from everywhere in the world. “The real metal holidays” is the slogan of the Metalcamp festival, which offers a friendly and comfortable holiday atmosphere.
For all the families the organizers prepared a great new offer: a 5-star camping site, from the location of the festival only 10 minutes away, and a private kindergarten for the children, with own kitchen and gastronomic offer.
