Making a reservation
1.Enter the destination, arrival and departure into the form on the portal's front page, then
click the search button.
2. You will receive a list of providers at the destination.
In this list, you can sort providers by popularity, price and rating. Next to the provider list, youc an also filter providers by category (number of stars), type of accommodations (rooms, apartments) and additional offers (Internet, family-friendly, fitness...) For filtering, add a checkmark to the desired field and wait a moment.
3. Once you've chosen your desired provider or accommodation, click the »Book« button or the »Inquiry« button, where you can fill out a form.
You can book accommodations in one of two ways:
A. ONLINE RESERVATION (direct reservation)
Select the arrival and departure dates on the provider's page, click the »Check availability« button and select the »Book« button for the desired accommodation.
Clicking the »Book« button will open a reservation system/form where you can enter your data and make the reservation. You can complete the reservation in only three steps.
1. Reservation data
You must enter your personal data (your name, surname, e-mail address, postal code, country, phone number, notes, questions, additional wishes) and your credit card data (card number, CVV2/CVC1, expiry date) into the form.
2. Payment data
You only need to enter your credit card data in order to confirm your reservation. We will not charge your card, and you will pay the provider directly for your vacation or tourist service.
The following credit cards can be used to confirm the reservation: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Activa).You can read more in the General terms and conditions under »Online reservation«.
3. Reservation overview
Once you click the payment confirmation button, the reservation is completed and the reservation overview is displayed on your screen.
Once we've received your reservation, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail with all information about your reservation as well as instructions on how to access the system where you can change or cancel your reservation.
You can show this confirmation e-mail to the tourist service provider as proof of your reservation. You can read more in the General terms and conditions under “Checking your data after making a reservation”.
B. RESERVATION FOLLOWING AN INQUIRY
Select the arrival and departure dates on the provider's page, click the »Check availability« button and select the »Inquiry« button for the desired accommodation.
Clicking the »Inquiry« button opens a contact form which you can use to send the provider an inquiry. The provider will reply to your inquiry within 24 hours.
