Brezovica

Brezovica is the central municipality of the Ljubljana moor. With its natural and cultural treasures, it can almost be considered a smaller version of Slovenia. Many different natural features can be found here: the moor with a few lone hills, the Ljubljanica river, a karstic lake at Jezero, the Rakitna plateau with a healing climate and karstic forests. The moor is a great place for cyclers, as many gravel and field roads allow for an enjoyable ride and uninterruptible nature watching.
