You'll find the 300-year-old farm pri Lazarju on a ridge beneath a hill, about 400 meters above sea level. You can reach it by going up the road through the forest from the village of Podgrad.
After 800 meters, you should spot our homestead in the shelter of the forest. Covering 12 hectares of land, the farm is famous for ecologically grown crops and the breeding of cattle, horses, sheep and goats.
Besides the large house and farm building, visitors can also take a look at the machine shed, the wooden sheep barn or the typical Slovenian toplar (hayrack) that provides shelter for weary hikers.
