Inn with Tradition of Household Fare
Among cold starters on the Menu list we can mention household brawn, mixed cold cuts, smoked neck with horse-radish and, of course, Karst smoked ham with olives which cannot be excluded.
Besides classical household beef soup with noodles we can offer vegetable and mushroom soup. Transit nature of our inn creates our offer in already prepared dishes…
In winter there are pork and sausage, black-pudding and grilled sausage, besides that there is also composed meat dish called country plate available.
Besides all mentioned dishes guests can choose dishes from list of dishes to order or from grill which are especially common in summer months where the grill in the garden is open and there we can serve various sorts of meat, trout, lamb and pork, chevapchichi, broach,… Our cuisine offer has expanded also to international cuisine.
