BORDON FARM

Our farm lies in the valley of the Rižana river. We mainly focus on the production of wine and olive oil. In the Istra room, we prepare (by arrangement) guided tasting of our carefully chosen wines and other regional delicacies. We take you through the cellar, the renovated old mill which now serves as a museum, the vineyards and the olive grove. You can also spend the night here in a tastefully furnished suite. In the area you will find cycling and hiking routes as well as cultural and historical monuments. If you prefer, you can also go swimming or fishing in the river or the sea.

BORDON WINE CELLAR

Our tourist farm lies in the valley of the Rižana river. We focus on the production of wine (refosc, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and franc, shiraz and malvasia). The olives grown here are turned into squeezed extra virgin olive oil. In the Istra room, guided tasting of our chosen wines and other regional culinaric delights is available by prior arrangement. We take you through the cellar, the renovated old mill which now serves as a museum, the vineyards and the olive grove. We also have a 1/6 bed tastely furnished suite.

In the area you will find cycling and hiking routes as well as the city of Koper with a rich history, cultural and historical monuments. If you prefer, you can also go swimming or fishing in the river or the sea. Feel free to pay us a visit!
