Majšperk

The Majšperk municipality covers the rolling landscape of western Haloze. Ptujska Gora, one of Slovenia's most popular pilgrimage destinations and a very popular destination for hikers and cyclists, is located here. It is easily recognizable by its exceptional gothic church. A smithy still operates at Grdina, and special mention must be made of the Donačka gora primeval forest reserve.
