How can I book accommodations?

What is included in the price?
The price includes all services listed on the provider's webpage under »included in price«. The same page also lists extra fees and discounts (beneath the prices).
How do I know if my reservation has been confirmed?
As soon as you've finished the reservation process, you will see a reservation confirmation and overview. Once we've received your reservation, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with all the information about your reservation as well as instructions on how to access the system where you can modify your reservation.
Can I change or cancel my reservation via sloveniaholidays.com?
Of course. You can change or cancel your reservation via our cms interface that will be made accessible to you once we've received your reservation. Before cancelling your reservation, please read the provider's cancellation terms.
Where can I find the provider's address (e.g. hotel)?
You can view the provider's address on the provider's page: at the top of the page as well as on the bottom left where the Google map is located. The provider's address is also visible in the confirmation e-mail that you'll receive upon making the reservation.
Where can I find the provider's telephone number and/or e-mail address?
Useful information about the provider, including the phone number and e-mail address, is available in the online reservation confirmation.
Where can I find the accommodation prices?
On the provider's web page, enter the desired arrival and departure dates, then click »Check availability«. The prices will be displayed underneath.
I've entered my credit card data. Does this mean I've also paid for my accommodations?
No. Sloveniaholidays.com will never charge your credit card. Your credit card data is only used to confirm the reservation. You will pay the provider directly for the tourist service or accommodations unless otherwise stated on the provider's page or described in the general reservation terms.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Most providers do not require payment in advance unless specifically stated otherwise on the provider's page.
We have children and want to know if extra beds/children's beds are available.
Information regarding children and extra beds/children's beds can be found on the provider's page under the description of the accommodations. During the online reservation process, please input your request under "Notes, questions, additional wishes".If you've already booked a room, click the link in the confirmation e-mail and add an extra bed under the extras section. We recommend that you phone the provider prior to arrival and check the status of your request.
